I took Killer Abs with Jackie O. Since the beginning of the class I've definitely noticed a difference. I feel like my upper arms are stronger and more toned and my abs though not killer yet, are definitely better than 6 weeks ago.

I thorougly enjoyed the kickboxing class. The moves were easy to follow, the music was great and kept me motivated. The overall workout is tough but pushes me to do better.

I like this class (Total Body Makeover) because my body has become stronger, I lost 10lbs, and the muscle pains I often have without exercising go away with exercise.

I took kickboxing for the first time. The most apparent thing I noticed was an increased flexibility because I never had done fitness exercises with kicking and punching before. My body started to become more toned and it gave me a good introduction to the different types of weight training. Overall, it gave me new innovative ways to workout. The class is a lot of fun! I normally dreading classes and this one is fun!
