This is the First Lady of Fitness, Fashion, and Fun – Jackie O. reminding each and every one of you who is of voting age to GET OUT AND VOTE! I know many of you may be sick and tired of all the political ads and even sicker and more tired about the current political environment. . . THAT HOWEVER DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU SIT AROUND WITH YOUR HEAD IN A HOLE WHILE POLITICS AS USUAL HAPPENS. It means that you MUST become the change you want to see in the world and that starts with exercising your right to vote. Your vote counts. . .it REALLY does, so NEVER underestimate the importance of the effort, blood, sweat, tears and lives that were given so that YOU could vote, because unless you are a WEALTHY WHITE PROTESTANT MALE LANDOWNER – your right to vote was anything but originally guaranteed and YOU SHOULD NEVER FORGET THAT! YOUR RIGHT is a result of many hard fought battles both intellectually and physically. As an individual who strives to fix up his/her body you have a moral responsibility to YOUR body to make that it exist within a healthy political [...]

(1) Enjoy time with your family but also savor some alone time. You need the yin and the yang to have a balanced holiday season and life. (2) Celebrate you accomplishments this year both big and small. Use the holidays to remind yourself of all the positive things that you have done, people you have met, and perhaps places you have visited. (3) Make sure you get enough sleep.
