BootCamp 412 - is a results-driven conditioning program that runs 3 times weekly for six weeks, at 60 minute durations per session. It is conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment and incorporates the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness. This is a Pittsburgh based boot camp.
Boot Camp 412 is designed for men and women of all ages, sizes, and fitness level. The only you need to be successful at Boot Camp 412 is the commitment to fix up your body!
Cost: $115 Location: Wilkins Community Center, Swissvale
6-7am Boot Camp 412 Tuesdays/Thursdays
