BOOTCAMP 412 is the  best fitness boot camp in Pittsburgh. Jackie Omotalade, the First Lady of Fitness, Fashion, and Fun is a phenomenal Pittsburgh personal trainer who will teach and motivate you to transform your body and your life.

Her functional/athletic  and fun style fitness training programs are very intense and progressed differently for all fitness levels. Jackie O. trains people at all levels of fitness with incredible intensity for amazing results.  Boot Camp 412  can sound intimidating for some, but anyone who has the desire to make a positive change in their health, fitness, and well-being can do it at BOOT CAMP 412.

Fix Up My Body, LLC runs several Boot Camp 412s in the Pittsburgh area.  They include the following:

BootCamp 412 - is a results-driven conditioning program that runs 3 times weekly for six weeks, at 60 minute durations per session. It is conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment and incorporates the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness. This is a Pittsburgh based boot camp.

Boot Camp 412 is designed for men and women of all ages, sizes, and fitness level.  The only you need to be successful at Boot Camp 412 is the commitment to fix up your body!
Cost: $115 Location: Wilkins Community Center, Swissvale

6-7am Boot Camp 412 Tuesdays/Thursdays

Cost: $115 Drop-in: $20.00

BOOT CAMP 412 STARTS THE WEEK OF JANUARY 10TH 2010!

Boot Camp 412 INTENSE – Intensity is the name of the game.  This class is for those who wants to see results FAST! This is a two week course. It runs Monday-Friday 630-9:30pm.  All participants are required to follow the Boot Camp 412 INTENSE nutritional plan and keep a food journal.  Registration limited to the first 25 people. A typical day at BOOT CAMP 412 INTENSE  is similar to a Boot Camp 412 with the exception that the sessions are longer and geared toward rapid body transformation; each session is different, designed to work on various areas of the body and spirit with the ultimate goal to improve your overall health.

Boot Camp 412 -Bridal, Prom, Bikini

Bridal, Bikini and Prom Seasons are rapidly approaching! Is your body in the shape that you want it to be, so that you can fit into your dress dress or bikini? Are you ready for a change? Let Jackie O. “The First Lady of Fitness” give you a focused platform to begin to make those changes. You CAN get in shape, look great, and feel fabulous on your special day and on the beach in the hottest bikini.  Jackie O. will help you shape your body and whittle your waistline while shaping your arms, back, and shoulders to help you feel fabulous in your grown and bikini.  The class includes intense cardio workouts as well as body sculpting moves in addition to discussions on nutrition and proper eating habits. Also included is one private training session with Jackie O. A mat as well as a food and activity journal are required for this class.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE BOOT CAMPS:

The workouts will include one or all of the following techniques:

  • Resistance Training
  • Stretching
  • Running /walking
  • Speed, Agility and Quickness Drills
  • Stair climbing
  • Calisthenics
  • Obstacle courses
  • Wind Sprints
  • Plyometrics (speed/strength training drills)
  • Steep hill drills (for the more advanced)
  • Gravity-defying glute exercises and thigh-strengthening moves (ladies)
  • Free weight exercises
  • Bands/tubes or Body Bars
  • Ab and all-around Core Training
  • Group Drills
  • Jumping Rope

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

  • Running shoes
  • Workout towel
  • Weightlifting gloves (optional)
  • Water
  • Layered attire for the outdoors
