I took kickboxing for the first time. The most apparent thing I noticed was an increased flexibility because I never had done fitness exercises with kicking and punching before. My body started to become more toned and it gave me a good introduction to the different types of weight training. Overall, it gave me new innovative ways to workout. The class is a lot of fun! I normally dreading classes and this one is fun!
