I thorougly enjoyed the kickboxing class. The moves were easy to follow, the music was great and kept me motivated. The overall workout is tough but pushes me to do better.
I am taking a kickboxing class. I thought I was in pretty good shape before the class, but during the 1st class I realized that maybe I wasn't. For about the 1st 3 wee ks I was extremely sore after each class. Now halfway through the class I feel that I am in much better shape and am no longer struggling to walk up the steps in my apartment after class. I lost about 5lbs since starting this class and have gained a lot of muscles tone especially in my arms. Its was a really great class!
