School is out and you could use a break too!  That doesn’t mean you should take a break from your fitness regime!   Fitness is a lifestyle!  Here are some tips for you to continue or begin your fitness regime while on vacation: &#160; If your vacation is at the beach, do a seaside run.  Nothing is more peaceful than a run next to the ocean.  The sound of the ocean beating against the coast is hypnotic.  You can also do some water related activity like kayaking or snorkeling.  Paddle boarding is an excellent core workout and also helps improve balance.  All these activities are enjoyable and excellent ways to burn calories and maintain your fitness while on vacation. &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; 2.
